A leading organisation is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and partner with leadership in driving business performance and organisational growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all HR operations and strategic initiatives Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and HR best practices Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance management, and CCMA matters Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and organisational development Manage Employment Equity, Skills Development, and HR reporting requirements Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and HR systems Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management Minimum Requirements: Degree in Human Resources Management or related qualification Minimum 8–10 years' HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management role Extensive knowledge of Labour Relations Act, BCEA, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and related legislation Proven experience handling complex employee relations matters and CCMA representation Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills HRIS and payroll systems experience essential Manufacturing or multi-site experience advantageous Only suitably qualified candidates who meet the above requirements will be considered.
