Job Title: Intake Specialist Location: Remote (South Africa) - US Hours - 9am-5pm EST Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Guide clients through the intake process, explaining requirements and next steps clearly. Collect, review, and verify client information and documentation. Schedule appointments and assessments as needed. Maintain accurate and organized records in the company’s CRM or intake systems. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely onboarding and service delivery. Follow up consistently with clients to obtain outstanding information or documents. Requirements Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner. Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. Comfortable using digital tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, and scheduling software. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and accountability. Previous experience in healthcare, social services, or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with ABA therapy or similar behavioral health services is a plus but not required. Reliable internet connection and ability to work US business hours.
