Responsibilities This individual will act as the Finance Lead for the Limpopo Cluster providing strategic finance business partnering and oversight of the site finance function. The individual ensures the sound financial health while supporting operational efficiency and long‑term growth of the Limpopo Cluster. Accountabilities Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long‑term strategic financial objectives for the Bakeries Limpopo Cluster Collaborate with Cluster Lead, Sales & NRM to deliver appropriate Pricing, Promo, D&A strategy for Limpopo Cluster Lead the overall planning process, including long‑term strategic plan, Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasts for Limpopo Cluster Direct and oversee all aspects of the Limpopo Site Finance operations, including Supply Chain Finance (Make & Move) Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities Lead Digital transformation projects for Limpopo Cluster – stabilizing SAP S4 environment, Mosaic (Digital planning tool), SAP Fieldglass (temp labour tool) Provide financial leadership and guidance to Limpopo site finance teams, including key input to recruitment, objective setting, performance reviews and capability build Drive end‑to‑end productivity agenda for Limpopo Cluster (Make, Move, Sell, G&A, Procurement) Maintain a sound control environment, through the review and time‑ous completion of Enterprise Controls Qualifications What will qualify you for the role: Degree in Business Management / Finance CA (SA) / CIMA Advantageous Knowledgeable in the relevant areas of Finance 7 years experience in finance at managerial level within FMCG industry PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act #J-18808-Ljbffr
