The role will involve managing cost, programme, quality, and risk while coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.### **Key Responsibilities*** Manage end‐to‐end delivery of commercial base build and fit‐out projects* Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and cash flows* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers* Lead project governance, reporting, and client communication* Manage procurement strategies and contract administration* Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues* Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and statutory requirements* Oversee design development and change management processes* Monitor construction progress and manage defects and handover processes### **Required Experience & Qualifications*** 5–8 years’ experience in a Project Management role* Proven experience delivering commercial base build and fit‐out projects* Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project interfaces### **Desirable Certifications*** PMP (Project Management Professional) certification beneficial* SACPCMP registration beneficial### **Key Skills & Competencies*** Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills* Excellent communication and reporting capabilities* Sound commercial and financial acumen* Problem‐solving and decision‐making ability* High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities### **What We Offer*** Opportunity to work on high‐profile commercial projects* Collaborative and professional working environment* Career development and growth opportunities**Location:**On-site –Johannesburg, ZAFIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
