We're searching for professionals who have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organisations within NGO or a related sector. Qualifications & Experience A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields. A master’s degree is advantageous. People management is essential Strong understanding of B‑BBEE legislation and policy essential 8‑10+ years working experience in Business Development with some exposure to the NGO market B2B C‑suite and Board level experience essential Must have strong, proven track record in Services Sales NOT in PRODUCT environments Practical experience in managing finances, accounting, budgeting, control and reporting.
