Duties & Responsibilities Building sound customer relationships (ongoing). Technical advice and training – including presentations. Checking of batteries, voltages, and SG’s. Measuring of battery compartments for forklifts and others. Soliciting new customers. Servicing existing customers and accounts. Handling of customer complaints and queries (Cradle to grave). Management of budgets – sales and expenses. Meeting sales targets and deadlines. Compile quotations, negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions. Reviewing cost and sales performance. Ability to manage all aspects of the role, prioritize and multitask. Forecasting of sales opportunity and pipeline, customer progress reports. Sell complete offering of products. Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12. Diploma in Sales & Marketing or N3 Electrical Engineering. 2 to 4 years related sales experience in the material handling sector is essential.
