Applicants are required to strictly meet the following criteria: 4+ years experience in the leisure travel industry Proven ability to source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts (hotels, transport, and travel services) Actual product and contracting experience is a required minimum Strong focus on building and maintaining supplier relationships Ability to ensure competitive pricing, availability, and product quality Solid background in travel product, contracting, or procurement Strong negotiation and relationship management skills High attention to detail and strong organisational ability Commercially minded with good analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Assertive, able to push back when necessary and hold firm with suppliers/peers Results-driven mindset with proficiency in travel systems and MS Office The s uccessful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Monitoring of market trends and competitor activity Supporting product development and destination expansion Ensuring all contracts and rates are accurately maintained in the system Sal ary: Market related
