Purpose of the Role This role will support the Head of AML Operations in all matters relating to AML, across all jurisdictions, assisting AML Team Leaders and the AML Operations team with any queries. Responsibilities Identify and prioritise players requiring SOW/SOF documentation review. Assess and compile documentation received. Set appropriate limits on player accounts based on documentation received. Assist other departments with concerns cited around player behaviour, affordability and AML risks. Liaise with the Safer Gambling Team for any outstanding responsible gambling interactions following SOW/SOF document approval. Comply with reasonable requests from Team Leads and the Line Manager. Liaise with the Head of AML Operations, MLRO and Global Head of Compliance regarding customer profiles and documentation. Requirements Proven experience within the iGaming industry (mandatory). Exceptional English proficiency, with the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Full flexibility to work a 24/7 shift roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Reliable personal transport for commuting to all scheduled shifts. Strong organisational and adaptability skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively ("outside the box").
