Key Responsibilities Assist with the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing and automation systems. Support production and maintenance teams with technical troubleshooting and fault finding. Participate in continuous improvement and process optimisation projects. Assist with PLC, robotics, sensors, and automated control systems. Analyse equipment performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Support preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives. Participate in engineering investigations, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and engineering data analysis. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality departments. Minimum Requirements BSc or BEng Degree in Mechatronics Engineering. Academic average of 65% and above. Recent graduate or up to 2 years relevant experience within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong understanding of automation, robotics, electrical systems, and mechanical systems. Exposure to PLC programming, instrumentation, and control systems will be advantageous. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
