We are looking for a well‑presented and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide basic administrative support, Midrand. Objective The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails. Manage reception area and maintain a tidy, presentable workspace. Perform general administrative duties (filing, data capturing, scheduling, etc.). Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Assist with office coordination and support to other departments. Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12). 1–2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and manner.
