This role will take ownership of the full finance and technology functions while partnering closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth and operational excellence.Duties: Lead the overall finance and technology functions within the business Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies Manage external stakeholder relationships including banks, auditors, and service providers Oversee procurement-related financial controls and operational expenditure Provide oversight of technology environments, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient system operations across the business Support strategic planning through financial modelling and business analysis Monitor organisational performance against budgets and financial targets Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on digitisation, process optimisation, and scalable system development Assist executive management with commercial and operational decision-making Qualifications & skills: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting required Minimum of 8+ years post-qualification experience Must be CIMA qualified Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking ability Advanced Excel and financial systems experience Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability Ability to drive operational improvements within a fast-paced environment If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
