Main Responsibilities Drafting contracts and extensions for clients and candidates Contract review and negotiations directly with clients Compliance due diligence checks on all workers prior to placement Generation and submission of candidate terms & conditions. Work closely with the contracts manager to ensure Statements of Work are checked and flowed down from the client contracts to the candidate contracts. Support and training of sales consultants in relation to standard processes and requirements Monitor compliance inbox and respond to all candidate and consultant queries. Supporting the Contracts Manager in their day-to-day role where required Requirements Person Specification Experience in the recruitment industry with contract review and negotiations Well organized and able to prioritize.
