Key Responsibilities - Perform routine and scheduled inspections of racking and shelving installations at client sites. - Identify defects, damages, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. - Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographic evidence and compliance checklists. - Advise customers on safe usage, load capacities, and maintenance requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams to arrange for repairs and installations to be done. - Provide technical support and guidance to clients post-installation. - Ensure compliance with SEMA and local occupational health and safety standards. - Maintain accurate records of inspections and follow-ups. - Build strong customer relationships by delivering professional after-sales service. Qualifications & Skills - Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent; technical certification in engineering, safety, or related field preferred. - Experience in racking, shelving, or warehouse equipment inspection preferred. - Knowledge of safety regulations and load-bearing standards. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards. - Excellent communication and report-writing skills. - Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites.
