Overview Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join the Patensie team, on a 6 month fixed term contract. Responsibilities Insurance claims Management of Fleet cards and credit cards - Preparing and distributing expense sheets and sending for sign-off General administrative support and office administration Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, etc. Scheduling meetings with clients and suppliers as requested by management Working with and communicating with other staff on a regular basis to support operations Obtaining quotes for purchases, PR requests Verify and close Keyphase Data Taking minutes for meetings as requested by manager Ad hoc administrative duties as required Assist with stock management Assist with customer invoicing Requirements Grade 12 Minimum 2 years’ experience in admin or related position Proficiency in MS Office Valid Driver’s License #J-18808-Ljbffr
