Key Responsibilities:Lead QA team and test automation strategy Ensure product quality across the full development lifecycle Design and execute automated and manual test cases Manage product risks, dependencies, and releases Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders Drive continuous improvement, CI processes, and QA best practices Requirements:4+ years QA experience and 4+ years in team management Strong test automation experience (46 years) Experience with Python/C#, Node.js, Playwright, Robot Framework Strong API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SOAPUI) Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter), CI/CD, Agile Experience with Jira, Confluence, XRAY, GitHub ISTQB certification and relevant degree preferred Nice to have:Experience in HR, Payroll, T&A or Finance systems Understanding of cloud, SaaS, and databases What were looking for:Strong leadership and communication skills Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and in teams Why join us?
