We are looking for a specialist who is equally comfortable navigating the Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads . While this is an "all-rounder" role, we have a specific need for someone who understands the nuances of the modern Meta ecosystem (Creative Strategy + Signal) while maintaining high-performing Google Search and Shopping accounts. Job Information Position: Fully Remote Type: Full‑Time (with initial probation period) Remuneration: R20,000 – R25,000 per month (CTC), based on experience Bonus: Annual performance bonus at Director’s discretion Qualifications Experience: Approximately 2 years of hands‑on agency experience managing both Meta and Google Ads. The Meta Edge: Proven experience with the full Meta stack—Campaign Budget Optimization (Advantage+), Pixel/CAPI setup, and analyzing creative performance (Hook & Hold rates). Google Proficiency: Solid experience with Google Search, Standard Shopping, and Performance Max. Manage bid strategies (tCPA/tROAS) effectively. Data Literacy: Ability to interpret data in GA4 and use Excel/Google Sheets to find trends that aren't visible in platform dashboards. English & Ad Copy: Excellent written English skills with the ability to write high‑converting copy for different stages of the funnel. Attitude: A proactive problem‑solver. Desired Skills Creative Strategy: Ability to audit ad creative and suggest specific hooks or visual changes to improve CTR.
