Job Description Role: Delivery Manager – Digital Channels (Banking) Location: South Africa Role Summary Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Banking Channels (Internet & Mobile Banking) using a hybrid delivery model (Agile + structured governance) . Drive execution across business, technology, data, and operations to deliver secure, scalable, and customer‑centric solutions . Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership Deliver programs on time, within budget, and with high quality Stakeholder & Governance Engage CXOs, business, and IT leadership Run steering committees, governance forums, and escalations Agile / Hybrid Execution Manage backlog, sprint delivery, and releases Ensure DoD adherence and MVP-based delivery Guide architecture across web, mobile, APIs, integrations Ensure scalable, secure, and resilient solutions Risk, Compliance & Security Ensure compliance with SARB, POPIA, and InfoSec standards Manage RAID logs, audit readiness, and risk mitigation Data, Integration & Testing Oversee data migration, integrations, and quality assurance Ensure end‑to‑end testing (functional, UAT, performance, security) Release & Go‑Live Lead cutover, deployment, and hypercare Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition Required Skills Technical Digital banking platforms (Web & Mobile) APIs, microservices, integrations Delivery & Leadership Agile & hybrid delivery models Strong stakeholder & team leadership Domain Expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr
