Strategic Project Management and Transition Leadership Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale IT transformations and migrations from legacy MSP (reactive/ticket-based) to MIP (proactive/intelligence-led) operating models. Strong command of agile/DevOps methodologies, stakeholder engagement, change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter), resource planning, and delivery governance to ensure smooth, low‑risk transitions.
