Job Overview A popular and busy stand‑alone restaurant offering elevated dining (all day dining and dinner) seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the successful and profitable management of the outlet. Strong FOH, BOH and financial acumen. Qualifications Hospitality tertiary qualification. At least 4 years of restaurant management experience in well‑known fast‑paced brand restaurants (a‑la‑carte full‑service restaurants offering breakfast, lunch and dinner or all‑day service). Experience from busy and high‑volume a‑la‑carte restaurants or steakhouse franchise operations (excluding fast food, QSR or wine estates). Stable track record in restaurant management. Ready to work shift and weekend hours. Own transport essential; Cape Town residents preferred. Only South African Nationals/Citizens will be considered.
