Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal IT Support professional based in Hillcrest, KZN. The role involves providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing regular maintenance, supporting end-users with technical challenges, and ensuring effective system performance. The role also involves maintaining IT documentation, managing software installations and updates, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
