Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal IT Support professional based in Hillcrest, KZN. The role involves providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing regular maintenance, supporting end-users with technical challenges, and ensuring effective system performance. The role also involves maintaining IT documentation, managing software installations and updates, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards. Qualifications Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and IT support practices Experience with system maintenance, device setup, and software installation Strong knowledge of network systems, servers, and IT infrastructure Capability to manage and document IT issues efficiently Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft365, CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus Experience in a similar role within the ICT industry is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
