What you will be doing: Facilitate leadership development and culture transformation interventions for senior and middle management Design and customise Organisational Development (OD) interventions aligned to business needs Facilitate workshops, group sessions, and leadership engagements to drive behavioural and cultural change Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with senior leaders and management teams Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring alignment of expectations, timelines, and outcomes Translate organisational strategy and purpose into practical leadership and team interventions Guide intact teams through facilitated sessions, addressing concerns and managing group dynamics Provide insights and feedback on emerging organisational themes from interventions Contribute to enterprise culture-building initiatives and transformation programmes Ensure interventions are delivered to plan, within scope, quality, and compliance standards Manage logistics and workshop readiness, including stakeholder coordination and contingency planning Support continuous improvement of OD processes, tools, and facilitation methods Ensure employee wellbeing awareness is integrated into facilitation sessions where appropriate Support ad-hoc organisational transformation initiatives and projects What we are looking for: Advanced Diploma or National First Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or related field Postgraduate qualification in Psychology (Industrial or Clinical Psychology) would be advantageous 510 years experience in Organisational Development, Coaching, Facilitation, or Management Consulting Strong experience in leadership development and culture transformation initiatives Excellent facilitation and group dynamics management skills Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability Good understanding of banking or regulated environments (advantageous) Strong communication, presentation, and business writing skills Strong project coordination and organisational skills Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution ability High stress tolerance and ability to work in fast-paced environments Advantageous: Experience within the banking or financial services industry Knowledge of organisational behaviour, leadership development, and culture frameworks Experience using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools in enterprise environments Exposure to project management principles and delivery governance Please note if you do not hear from us within 3 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.Follow for the Latest Vacancies Join Psybergate Careers Channel here:
