Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will oversee the full warehouse function, ensuring smooth coordination of inbound and outbound stock, accurate order fulfilment, and effective team supervision. You will manage and guide pickers, packers, store-men, and drivers, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to processes. The role includes monitoring stock levels, maintaining warehouse organisation, and ensuring that all operations run efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for coordinating workflow, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Maintaining discipline, performance standards, and a high level of accountability within the team will be key to success in this role.
