Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality design, that supports all aspects of customer retention and acquisition across our varied brands Develop deep understanding of a customer’s needs and embed this into their designs, driving trust and product/ service excellence Share learnings, processes and experience with colleagues to aid their understanding and development Manage and become Subject Matter Expert for our Customer Portal solution. Supporting best practice of use internally and deliver effective and creative options for customers that are aligned to our design logic.
