Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting activities. Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries. Prepare and analyse financial and management reports, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, income statements, and balance sheets. Ensure compliance with IFRS, SARS regulations, the Companies Act, and internal financial controls. Monitor and manage liquidity, debtors, creditors, cash flow, and financial risk. Coordinate annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors. Provide strategic financial insights to support business planning and decision-making. Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Honours advantageous). CA(SA) or SAICA accreditation will be advantageous. Minimum 5 years experience in a Finance Management role within FMCG or manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel capabilities. Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
