A major financial services group is looking for an experienced SWIFT / Client Implementation Specialist to own complex client onboarding and transactional banking implementations across African and global markets. This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, client engagement, and transactional banking operations . You’ll take full accountability from mandate to money , working directly with senior stakeholders and ensuring implementations land cleanly, on time, and without drama. What you’ll be responsible for: End-to-end client implementation and onboarding Managing complex transactional banking projects across multiple regions Acting as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle Coordinating internal teams, systems, and external stakeholders Driving SWIFT, TPS, and electronic channel integrations Ensuring FICA/KYC, account opening, and regulatory requirements are met across African markets What you need to bring: 3–5+ years’ experience within CIB / Financial Services Strong project management capability (delivery-focused, not theoretical) Hands‑on exposure to Transactional Banking Knowledge across Cash Management, Trade, Investor Services, and Cards Solid experience with SWIFT , TPS channels, and electronic onboarding Proven ability to engage confidently with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and senior executives Comfortable working across multiple African markets and global locations Strong operational and systems understanding Location & package Permanent or Contract ±R1.3m p.a. , negotiable based on experience Reference: GZ60912 Interested or know someone suitable?
