Overview Customer Service Representative – German + English Location: Umhlanga, South Africa (On-Site) Start Dates: April, June, August, October 2026 Work Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts About the Role We are seeking German + English speaking Customer Service Representatives to support our online retail client. You will be the first contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
