Package R 229 440 – 260 520 per annum plus benefits Requirements Grade 12/ Matric or equivalent qualification. An enrolled nurse certificate that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse. Must be currently registered with the SANC as an Enrolled Nurse. A minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience in nursing after registration with the SANC as an Enrolled Nurse. Experience as a Nurse will be an added advantage. Good communication skills, basic writing skills, and good interpersonal skills. Ability to function as part of a team, knowledge of nursing care processes and procedures, Ideal Hospital Realization Framework, patients’ experience of care, patients’ safety, infection prevention and control, and other relevant legal frameworks e.g. Nursing Act, Labour Relations Act, etc. Good ethical practice and caring attitude. Duties Rendering quality nursing care to patients and implementation of patient nursing care plans. Demonstrate basic understanding of nursing procedures. Ensure effective implementation of standard operating procedures. Demonstrate basic understanding of the legislative framework, protocols and policies governing the public health service. Ensure that the Ideal Hospital realization framework is maintained and upheld. Effective utilization of resources. Maintain professional growth /Ethical standards, self-development and CPD.
