You will work across sales, returns, master data, and reporting systems, translating complex datasets into actionable insights while maintaining strong data governance and integrity. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing reporting frameworks, supporting business change initiatives, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure data alignment with evolving business needs. What You’ll Do Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales and returns reporting Maintain and update reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Generate and distribute performance reports, dashboards, and data cubes Support principal back‑end budgeting and target setting across regions and products Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Maintain and enhance master data across customers, materials, and sales hierarchies Support month‑end reporting processes and stakeholder reporting requirements Assist with Power BI workspace management, user access, and onboarding Partner with IT and business teams to resolve data discrepanciesContribute to business case development and reporting for new initiatives What You Bring National Diploma in Sales Management or similar Progress toward a B.Com degree is advantageous 3–5 years’ experience in sales systems, reporting, or data analysis Advanced Excel and strong data manipulation capability Experience with Power BI, Power Query, and DAX expressions Working knowledge of SAP (ERP/BW4HANA) and SQL Exposure to Salesforce systems and reporting Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem‑solving skills Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders What Success Looks Like Accurate, reliable, and timely reporting across all business areas Improved visibility of sales and returns performance Strong data governance and secure handling of sensitive information Proactive identification of trends and actionable insights Seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders Continuous improvement of reporting tools and data processes Client InformationA leading FMCG distribution business with a strong national footprint, focused on leveraging data and technology to drive commercial performance and operational efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
