Requirements German fluency Professional experience using German (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Good Microsoft Office skills Matric or relevant tertiary qualification Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism will be advantageous German language proficiency certificate (B2 or higher) must be included in your application Duties will include, but are not limited to: Handling medical and travel insurance claims Responding to email enquiries Managing claims from start to finish Providing excellent customer service Working within a multilingual team Office Hours: Monday Friday, 09h00 17h00 In return, a competitive salary package is offered.
