Duties & Responsibilities Shift outcome achieves customer contractual services levels; Monitor and enforce procedural compliance for employees; Continuous improvements for shift actively pursued; Shift plan includes staffing and equipment according to volume and timing; Ensure that all staff is trained accordingly and certified; Responsible for shift planning by planning shifts in advance; Communicate plan before shift; Shift documentation is complete and accurate for all activities; Corrective action for all quality non-conformances on shift; Shift expenditure is managed within shift budget; Monitor and enforce procedural compliance on shift; Corrective action for all non-conformances on shift; Submit report for shift, ensure that reports are accurate; Explain Shift achievement vs Shift Plan.
