We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Business Partner to support business growth. This role combines end-to-end recruitment ownership with partnering of stakeholders responsibilities . Job Description Talent Acquisition Own the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies , align on talent profiles, and drive timely hiring outcomes Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping) Leverage market insights and data to advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation, and hiring competitiveness Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track and optimize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline conversion) Business Partnering Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related topics including team structure, hiring plans, and workforce strategy Provide insights on organizational effectiveness , identifying gaps and opportunities for team optimization Support implementation of people policies, processes, and initiatives across the business Facilitate communication between business and HR , ensuring alignment and smooth execution Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to HR Business Partnering or people advisory Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management Strong business acumen , with the ability to understand and support business needs beyond hiring Experience in data-driven decision making , with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment and people metrics Excellent communication and influencing skills , with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
