The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities 1.Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up; oversee onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience 2.Design and manage compensation structures, bonus schemes, and benefits policies; support departments in establishing KPI frameworks and driving performance review cycles in line with market standards and legal requirements 3.Ensure full compliance with South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA); handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and labour disputes, including representing the company at CCMA hearings when required 4.Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning resources to support employee development; foster a positive workplace culture that enhances engagement and belonging 5.Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll processing in collaboration with Finance; maintain employee records, and policy documentation in support of the company's broader HR strategy Qualifications 1、Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field 2、Minimum 5 years of HR management experience; automotive or sales-driven industry background is an advantage 3、Proven experience handling labour relations and CCMA matters independently 4、Prior experience in office or administrative management is an advantage 5、In-depth knowledge of South African labour law (LRA, BCEA, EEA) 6、Proficient in payroll processing and HR system management 8、Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
