The group operates three distinct concepts: a Greek restaurant, a premium steakhouse, and an Italian eatery – each reflecting a diverse culinary identity and high standards. Experience & Qualifications Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification 3-5+ years’ experience in fine‑dining or premium casual restaurants Solid technical knowledge across hot, cold, grill, or pastry sections Proven ability to execute dishes consistently in high‑volume service Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure Team player with a disciplined, professional approach Key Responsibilities Execute dishes to the highest standard within the assigned section Support menu delivery and seasonal changes under the Head Chef’s guidance Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards in line with company policies Assist in training and mentoring junior staff where required Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service execution Salary Package R12,000 – R15,000 CTC, no additional benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
