Information Technology Service Delivery Manager About the Role We are looking for a high-impact IT Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimise infrastructure service delivery within a complex and distributed enterprise environment. This role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end service excellence across IT infrastructure, driving SLA performance, vendor delivery, and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives. Application prerequisites Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager Proven experience managing BOTH Linux and Microsoft environments Strong experience drafting, negotiating, and managing SLAs & OLAs Experience managing internal IT teams AND third-party vendors in complex environments More about service desk management and operational people management. Experience with the relationship management of vendors is essential. Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure service delivery (networks, servers, cloud, enterprise systems) Ensure adherence to SLAs & OLAs, including implementation where gaps exist Lead incident, problem, and change management processes Manage vendor performance, contracts, and service delivery standards Align IT infrastructure services with business and strategic objectives Drive continuous improvement and service optimisation initiatives Ensure clear and transparent communication across stakeholders Formal qualification/s in ITIL or ITSM frameworks Proven experience managing service delivery and SLAs for: Internal teams delivering to business units Strong ability to build relationships across IT, Shared Services, business clusters, and vendors to proactively resolve service issues Extensive experience using ITSM tools and best practices to optimise service delivery Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and IT Security Proven experience in organisational change / transformation, including applying relevant frameworks Competent in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement sessions Ability to build strong business partnerships by understanding stakeholder needs, goals, and drivers Qualifications Matric (essential) Degree in Information Technology (advantageous) ITIL / ITSM certification (preferred) A+, N+, or Security certifications (beneficial) What We’re Looking For Strong problem solver with a delivery-focused mindset Confident, assertive communicator and relationship builder Emotionally intelligent leader able to manage teams and stakeholder expectations Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Additional Requirements 5+ years of work experience with Linux Commute to this job’s location Working in an onsite setting 5+ years of work experience with IT Service Delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr
