Call Centre / Client interfacing Assist Applicants with the completion of the NEF enquiry forms (Data sheet) Working together with the Department of Trade, Industry and Competition and NEF Funds on information required by the NEF Advise on the way forward on preparing for the application consideration Correspondence handling on applications received via NEF central inbox system Screening and verification of documents Screening of new applications enquiries using the NEF Checklist Ensuring that key documents are submitted Application Form (duly completed and signed by applicant) Qualifications Experience/Skills required Proficiency in Ms Office Suite i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards Research analysis on the NEF Proficient in at least 2 official SA languages #J-18808-Ljbffr
