The role contributes to process optimisation, digital transformation, and delivery of customer‑centric solutions within an agile environment. Responsibilities Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement (interviews, workshops, etc.) Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows Maintain requirements traceability and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle Ensure requirements are aligned to business strategy and customer experience objectives Analyse current business processes and customer journeys to identify gaps and inefficiencies Conduct root cause analysis on key customer and operational issues Recommend and design process improvements to optimise performance, cost, and customer satisfaction Support business process re‑engineering initiatives Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions aligned to business needs Support backlog management, prioritisation, and agile planning activities Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards Requirements Educational Qualifications : Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Information Systems, IT, or related field Professional Certifications : Product Owner or Business Analysis certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, CBAP, PMI PBA) is advantageous Experience : 3-5 years' experience in Business Analysis (preferably telecom or digital environment); experience in Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks; Business Analysis certification (e.g., FTI, CBAP, Agile BA) Technical & Functional Skills : Requirements elicitation and documentation; Process modelling (e.g., BPMN, UML); Data analysis and reporting; Understanding of IT systems, APIs, and integrations; Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL Other Requirements : Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management; Attention to detail and quality focus; Ability to work independently and within a team Behavioural Competencies Collaborative and outcomes focused mindset Comfortable working in fast paced, evolving environments Clear communicator able to bridge business and technical perspectives Comfortable making prioritisation decisions under ambiguity Hybrid model position #J-18808-Ljbffr
