The Cloud Sales Advisor will report to the regional Cloud Recruitment Team Manager and drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new service provider partnerships in South Africa. Key responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, while collaborating closely with internal teams and distribution partners. Responsibilities Attract new Service Providers by reaching out to prospects already engaged with Acronis (offline/online events, trials, email opens, etc.). Source prospects via LinkedIn, Salesforce database, and other connections. Connect with potential Service Providers using approved tools (Avaya, Zoom, Outlook, etc.) to assess interest and qualify using BANT criteria. Document all activities in Salesforce and conduct demo sessions via Zoom with camera on. Research prospects before outreach and prepare tailored questions based on publicly available information. Manage the full sales cycle including qualification, negotiation, demo sessions (with Solution Engineers if needed), and contract signing (offline or online). Ensure contracts are signed with quality Service Providers ready to invest and intended to stay long-term. Maintain the pipeline, follow up with prospects, and provide timely forecasts to the direct manager or regional General Manager. Coordinate with distributors in the region (bi‑weekly calls, joint marketing activities, events). Cooperate with all related departments (Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, Product Management) to close deals successfully. Understand and communicate Acronis brand messages and distinctive product differentiators. Participate in coaching sessions, quarterly upskill training, and provide feedback on coaching. Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of sales experience as Inside Sales Representative or Lead Development Representative. Fluent English, both written and verbal. Proven experience in a Cyber Security company with strong understanding of industry practices and protocols. Ability to articulate product features and answer customer questions. Strong closing sales skills and cold‑calling experience. Persistent, “never give up” attitude.
