Monthly Cost To Company (Market related) A well-established company in the technical products and solutions industry is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join their Gqeberha branch. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales administration skills, excellent client service abilities, and experience in a technical sales environment. Key Responsibilities Liaise with customers telephonically, digitally, and across the sales counter Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms and communication channels Conduct daily cold calling and maintain an updated customer database Prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and maintain customer information Follow up on open quotations and orders to ensure completion Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable products and solutions Capture and process customer orders accurately on internal systems Coordinate with warehouse and production teams regarding stock availability and dispatch Provide product information, marketing material, and sales support to clients and external sales representatives Conduct product demonstrations and assist with basic technical support Maintain daily sales and operational reports Assist with trade shows, exhibitions, product launches, open days, and client functions Attend daily branch meetings and contribute to operational and sales discussions Ensure training materials and product documentation are current and adequately stocked Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and efficient service Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards at all times Minimum Requirements Matric certificate Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical sales or internal sales environment Strong customer service and communication skills Fluent in English and Afrikaans Computer literate with good MS Office skills Experience working on SAP and/or ZOHO CRM advantageous Well‑organised, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure Willingness to work overtime when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
