KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Advise the business on IT innovation, trends, and best practices to improve creativity and operational efficiency. Conduct business analysis by engaging stakeholders, analysing workflows and system functionality, and identifying business requirements. Design system solutions, workflows, integrations, and technical specifications aligned to business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and prioritise technical and functional requirements. Manage system development projects, including planning timelines, tracking progress, and resolving roadblocks. Configure system data structures, functionality, and integrations according to technical specifications. Coordinate with software development teams to ensure accurate coding and implementation of solutions. Oversee system testing, deployment, and user training to ensure smooth implementation of new or updated systems. Maintain and support existing systems by troubleshooting issues, managing updates, and improving system usage. Assist end-users with queries and helpdesk support to ensure business continuity. Engage with users and vendors to align solutions with business requirements and manage external contributions. Collaborate with team members, communicate progress effectively, and contribute to shared team knowledge and continuous improvement. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: NQF Level 6 (360 credits – 8 level framework) qualification in a business discipline or Information Systems. SAP MM/SD module certification will be a strong advantage. 8 – 10 years’ work experience with at least 6 years of SAP MM/SD modules relevant experience including configuration. Experience in ABAP Development and Debugging of standard and customised programs will be an advantage for this position.
