We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong hunter mindset to join our Sales Development Representative team. As a key member of our Sales function, this role is fully focused on outbound prospecting and new business generation. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients through targeted outreach across telephone, email, and social channels, with the goal of creating high‑quality opportunities for the sales team. This is a high‑activity, target‑driven role where success is defined by your ability to consistently build pipeline through cold outreach, account targeting, and strategic prospecting. You will also undertake market analysis and organisational research to identify and unlock new opportunities within existing and prospective client organisations. We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town office.
