About the role The Business Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring smooth administrative processes, assisting with client coordination, and contributing to branding and design-related activities. Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the business. Manage emails, client inquiries, and communication. Assist with quotations, invoicing, and record keeping. Support coordination of projects and job tracking. Assist with basic design tasks using Canva. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical). Support social media or marketing-related tasks where required. Minimum Requirements South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the YES programme before. Matric. Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field. Basic understanding of business operations and office administration. Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred / Added Advantage Knowledge or experience using Canva or similar design tools. Interest in branding, printing, or creative industries. Skills & Competencies Attention to detail. Time management and ability to multitask. Professional communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow. Ability to work independently and in a team.
