Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Maintain accurate and up-to-date fixed asset registers in accordance with company policies and accounting standards Record the acquisition, disposal, transfer, and retirement of fixed assets Calculate and post depreciation and amortisation in line with approved methods and useful lives Reconcile fixed asset sub-ledgers to the general ledger on a regular basis Perform periodic physical verification of fixed assets and investigate variances Monitor capital expenditure and ensure correct classification between capital and operational costs Review and assess asset impairments, revaluations, and write-offs where applicable Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Prepare fixed asset schedules and supporting documentation for management reporting and audits Assist with budgeting and forecasting of capital expenditure and depreciation costs Support year-end and interim audit processes by providing fixed asset documentation and explanations Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate asset tracking Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within fixed asset management Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position Experience in Excel, Business Central & Solidi Tech & 4Flow Qualification: Degree, diploma or similar plus experience Designations is advantageous but not a must Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
