Qualifications: Matric/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent. Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years’ management experience; Knowledge of the food, beverage and banqueting environment; Club Experience advantageous; Good computer skills (MS OFFICE) and other presentation packages; Knowledge of Jonas Club Management Software; Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary and able to multitask under pressure; Driver's licence with own transport. Personal skills and attributes: Demonstrate good interpersonal and group communication skills; Hands on, individual contributor and collaborative team player; Excellent project and time management skills.
