Actively manage priorities, protect focus time, and ensure accountability for commitments. Coordinate executive meetings, board activities, and senior management engagements, including minute-taking and action tracking. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence to a high professional standard. Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, including selected personal administrative tasks. Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and represent the MD professionally with stakeholders and partners. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or similar qualification. Skills Minimum of 8 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive. Must be from engineering, construction or infrastructure environment. Proven experience supporting a highly demanding, detail-oriented executive with a large organisational footprint. Experience working with senior leadership teams, boards, or executive committees. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital scheduling tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of corporate governance, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
