Key Responsibilities: Ensure the preventative maintenance tasks are completed as per the pm schedule. Manage the repair of any breakdowns or m/c failures.Improve current equipment robustness and design were possible.Keep pm downtime to a minimum by coordinating with production. Logging all breakdowns and reviewing history for pm improvements. Manage critical spares selection and availability.Provide budget input for all maintenance costs and improvement projectsMinimum Requirements: Matric with Mathematics NTC 3 with applicable Trade Qualification 5 Years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Qualification in Millwright /Fitter or equivalent Heights permit, Rigging, Hydraulic & Pneumatic will be added as an advantage Competencies: Understanding of ISO 9001 Understanding of OHS Act People Management Microsoft Outlook MS Excel
