Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the engineering and technical delivery of commercial solar PV projects. Oversee project execution from design review through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Liaise with EPC contractors, consultants, clients, and internal project teams. Review electrical designs, SLDs, layouts, and technical documentation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. Monitor project schedules, technical risks, and construction progress. Support grid connection processes and utility coordination where required. Conduct site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience managing commercial or utility-scale solar PV projects. Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, electrical infrastructure, and project execution. Experience working with EPC contractors and multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of MV/LV systems, inverters, transformers, and grid integration. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Professional registration is advantageous.
