This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients.This role helps scale search execution by improving coordination, documentation quality, and communication cadence across consultants, candidates, and clients. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps Requirements Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising qualityStrong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Benefits Salary range: 300,000 - 440,000 Opportunities for professional growth Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers.
