The Role: Technical Client Service Manager As a Technical Client Service Manager, you will be the bridge between clients and the engineering team, ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound but strategically aligned with client goals. You will take the lead in mapping operational workflows, designing and presenting solutions, and guiding clients through adoption and optimisation. This role exists to drive both client success and company growth through technical expertise and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Bring at least 5 years of SaaS experience in client-facing, operations, or project management roles. Meet with clients to understand and map workflows and processes. Design and present customised workflow solutions using project management and collaboration tools. Collaborate with engineers to adjust and optimise system builds. Proactively manage client relationships, driving satisfaction and retention. Translate client requirements into actionable project plans. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to client teams. Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements for adoption and efficiency. About You 5+ years of experience in SaaS, ideally in a client-facing or operations/project management capacity.
