Our successful Strategy Analyst will Support the development of key strategic initiatives through structured analysis, research, and problem-solving Break down complex business challenges into actionable components and practical operating plans Build business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to support decision-making Own and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic and special projects, from concept through execution Develop project plans, timelines, and workstreams, ensuring alignment across multiple teams Track progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively resolving blockers Act as a connector across the organisation, working cross-functionally with teams such as operations, finance, product, technology, and commercial Manage and influence stakeholders at varying levels of seniority without direct authority Prepare clear, concise materials for senior leadership, including recommendations, progress updates, and decision packs Define success metrics and KPIs, track post-implementation performance, and identify improvement opportunities Support governance, change management, and adoption of new processes or ways of working If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric or equivalent; approximately five years professional experience, ideally within strategy, management consulting, corporate development, special projects, or a fast‑paced operational environment, you could be a strong fit for this role.
