Employer Description Our client is a precision engineering manufacturer. Job Description Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T specifications. Set up and operate CNC lathes (manual and automated cycles). Select, set, and adjust cutting tools, speeds, and feeds. Perform operations including turning, threading, boring, grooving, and facing. Check and adjust offsets, tool wear, and cutting parameters. Perform basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance. Ensure tolerance and surface finish requirements are achieved. Complete job cards, inspection records, and quality documentation. Qualifications Relevant Technical qualification Skills Minimum 5 year of experience in a Precision Engineering/Job shop environment Proficient use of measuring instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges).
